Sandi Sirotowitz and Leslie Davis founded Educational and Diagnostic Services (E.D.S.) in Plantation in 1978.  Both directors hold Master's Degrees in Exceptional Education with emphasis in Learning Disabilities.  Both women are considered leading authorities in the area of study strategies and have been guest lecturers at Northwestern, Vanderbilt, and the University of Georgia, as well as CHADD, Florida Council for Exceptional Children and the Council for Exceptional Children.
